支付系统是什么?

The 支付系统 is used to make 付款s on general student accounts, 航空账户, 注册费用, 并作出多种存款类型.

Do I have to create an account in order to make a 付款?

No, you can always make a 付款 without creating an account; however, you may wish to create an account so you can save your 付款 information and see account balances, 交易, 和声明.

支付系统接受借记卡吗?

是的.  和 WWU does not charge a transaction fee for using debit cards.

我可以把借记卡当作信用卡使用吗?

No.  借记卡不能作为信用卡处理.

它接受支票吗?

是的. Payments can be made with eChecks (also known as  ACH).  WWU不收取支票交易费.

它接受国际信用卡吗?

有些国际卡可以用. It depends on banking relationships between our 付款 processor bank and your credit card bank.  加拿大银行的大多数信用卡都可以用.

You may create your own account so that you can save 付款 information and look up transaction history 和声明.  You may create your account using any email address that does not end in abteilung-3.net.

You can see your old statements going back to July 2017. If you need a statement older than that, the Cashier's Office can assist you.

As a parent of a student, how do I get access to my child's statement and 付款 information?

The student must grant you access to his or her account. (见下一条.)

As a student, how do I grant access so my parents can see my account and make 付款s?

As a student you may grant access to your parents (or any other person) to make 付款s on your behalf and see your 交易 和声明.  

1. 使用您的@wallawalla登录支付系统.edu帐户.
2. Go to Account > Authorized Payers.
3. 点击“添加授权付款人”，填写相关信息.
4. 如果您的父母已经拥有WWU电脑帐户, there is nothing more to do; they will receive an email notifying them about the additional authorized user.  
5. 如果您的父母没有WWU电脑帐户, your parent will receive an email with instructions to validate their email address.
6. It would be a good idea for you to inform your parent or other authorized payer to expect this email in case it goes into their junk or spam folder.

作为学生，我可以撤销授权吗?

是的.  As a student you may revoke the payer authorization at any time by deleting the row from the authorized payers list.

As a parent, what do I do if a receive an email from the Payment System?

如果您的孩子将您添加为授权付款人, you will receive an email with the title "New Authorized Payee".  The first thing you should always do is check to ensure that you are not receiving an email from an unauthorized source that is trying to collect your private information.  Use your mouse to hover over the link; ensure that the link starts with http://Make a Payment.abteilung-3.net/.  If it says anything other than that it may be a fraudulent email.

If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of an email, do not click on the link.  打电话给WWU出纳办公室寻求帮助.

No.  The students cannot see any credit card or bank information of their authorized payers.  They will be able to see the 付款s made on their accounts (the date of the 付款, 量, 是谁付款的?.

Use the Password Reset feature in the Account menu to reset your password.  If you are using a myWWU account, you can use myWWU to reset your password.

Call the WWU Cashier at  (509) 527-2912 during regular business hours.

是的, click on the white DONATE button at the top of the WWU主页. 

我可以更改我的电子邮件地址吗?

是的.  Go to Account > Profile and click Edit Profile.  您可以更改您的姓名或电子邮件地址.  When you change your email address that will be the new email address with which you sign in.

This is 量 that was owing on your account when your statement was generated at the end of last month. 当你付款时，这不会减少.
